TheStripCloud.com "The Website" and StripCloud "The App" is a platform owned by StripCLoud LLC where not only can subscribers support and engage with performers, shops, and clubs in the adult entertainment industry, but such entities and/or individuals registered with StripCloud can engage each other, creating limitless networking and business opportunities. These are Stripcloud's terms of use which apply to all users of the StripCloud's website and services. “We,” “our” or “us” refers to StripCloud LLC, “StripCloud” refers to this website and/or app and the services offered by us. "Users" refers to both adult entertainment entities and viewing clients registered with StripCloud. "You," "your" or "yours" refers to readers of these Terms and Conditions, prospective and/or current registered StripCloud users.
By using StripCloud you agree to these terms. You acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms. You also agree to our content guidelines, privacy policy, payment policy, and any other policies posted on theStripCloud.com
StripCloud is a platform. We are not responsible for the quality, nature, timing, legality, or consistency of content or accessible content made by users.
We reserve the right to alter these terms. If we make material changes that adversely affect your rights under these terms, we will inform users by posting an announcement on the site, the app or by sending you an email prior to the changes coming into effect. Continuing to use StripCloud after a change to these terms means you accept the new terms.
Account Creation
When you register for a StripCloud account you must provide us with accurate information. If you don’t provide us with accurate information then we may not be able to assist you with accessing your account.
To register for an account you must be at least 18 years old. To give or receive tips you must be at least 18 years old. If you know a user is under the age of 18, please report them to us so their account can be removed.
In relation to records as per 18 U.S.C. 2257 for any and all content found on StripCloud, place your inquiry for which the content was produced since StripCloud is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any and all of the content found on the Site.
StripCloud provides the following for guaranteed compliance:
Legal age to upload content is eighteen (18) years of age;
Registered users must verify the legality of age which is eighteen (18).
Contents may be flagged as inappropriate if illegal, unlawful, offensive or contains violations opposing the terms and conditions of this site. StripCloud reserves the right to define what constitutes as "offensive" material on a case by case basis.
You are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account. If you believe your account is compromised, you must contact us immediately.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all the activity on your account. Actions deemed atrocious may get your account terminated. The following acts may cause us to remove your account:
Illegal Activity
Don’t commit unlawful acts or encourage others to violate the law.
Abuse
Bullying, shaming, harassment, threats, the promotion of violence, and any form of hatred towards others will not be tolerated.
Personal Information
The distribution of personal information without permission from the individual(s) is unwarranted. StripCloud users' personal information should only pertain to StripCloud use.
Fraud
False impersonations of real people are prohibited as is secondhand use of one's account. If you choose to impersonate a public figure your account will be suspended in favor of that public figure. You will be notified with a timeframe in which to change the name of your account or have it terminated.
Intellectual Property
The distibution of intellectual property without permission or the protection of fair use is prohibited.
Spamming
Repeat solicitation and unauthorized advertising material is prohibited.
Malware
The intent to distribute harmful software into or through any version of StripCloud is prohibited. If discovered you will be prosecuted to the furthest extent of the law.
Copyright Infringement
Content displayed on StripCloud without intent for StripCloud use and/or benefit will be taken down. There is a 3-strike rule for such activity, with the third strike resulting in account termination.
General Membership Services
To become a StripCloud member just create an account, choose your desired membership, provide your credit card information after registration. There are currently two (2) different membership types that provide different privileges so please choose accordingly.
There are two types of transactions on StripCloud: 1) paid 30-day subscriptions received by StripCloud from its members and 2) the in-app/website transactions made between users.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at your own discretion. You will not be billed for the following calendar month after cancellation. Refunds will not be granted for the last calendar month of subscription nor for the calendar months prior to cancellation.
We have no control over the quality, timing, legality or consistency of content or accessible content. We do attempt to screen for fraudulent accounts, but cannot guarantee the identity or validity of any claims made by any user. We welcome your help in reporting suspicious activity so we can improve the user experience of StripCloud.
Model Membership Services
You may set your own prices for user member engagements through StripCloud features. We don't influence users to spend money with any entertainer or entertainment entity. We try to provide timely access to your funds, but you may occasionally experience delays in accessing your funds. Payments may be blocked for violations of the terms. In the event that payments are delayed or blocked we will communicate the reasons in a timely manner. We may block payments if we believe them to be fraudulent or from a fraudulent account.
We do not handle tax payments, but we collect tax identification information and report this to tax authorities as legally required. You are responsible for reporting any taxes.
Users who generate at least $50.00 in a calendar month may choose to receive payment at their own discretion through their preferred payout method. Please contact us for more information. Also read the Payment Policy for a better understanding.
StripCloud takes 15% of the earnings made by our models and the fees associated with the processing of payment will be covered by the user.
We are not party to the agreement between any users. If a user requests a refund from us, we only grant it with proof of exceptional situations. We deduct the refunded amount from future payments to you.
Payment Method
We only provide a platform for interested customers and entertainers to interact. We do not create or endorse any content on StripCloud. If you see content that violates these terms, then let us know and we may remove it.
Removing content or terminating accounts is not an action we perform without investigation.
Account Termination
You can permanently terminate your account at any time by contacting us. You can see what information is deleted and what we continue to store after the account is disabled in our privacy policy.
We can terminate or suspend your account at any time at our discretion. We can also cancel any tips and remove any content at our discretion.
These terms remain in effect after your account is disabled.
Content
You keep full ownership of all content that you post on StripCloud, but to operate we need a written agreement from you which will be sent via email and must be signed prior to any activity on the site commences.
By posting content to StripCloud you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of your content. The purpose of this license is to allow us to operate StripCloud, promote StripCloud and promote your content on StripCloud. We are not stealing your content or using it in an exploitative way.
You may not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property or proprietary rights.
Members may not use content posted by any StripCloud users in any way not authorized by the owner(s) of the content or accessible content.
All content uploads from our creators will be screened immediately by our admins to ensure the legality and that it doesn't violate any standards set. In the event an infraction is made the content will be removed and the reason will be communicated to you via email.
StripCloud Content
Content we create is protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret laws. Some examples of our content are the text on the StripCloud site and app, our logo, and our code. We grant you a license to use our logo and other copyrights or trademarks to promote your StripCloud account. You may not otherwise use, reproduce, distribute, perform, publicly display or prepare derivative works of our content unless we give you permission in writing. Please ask if you have any questions.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on StripCloud infringes your copyrights, please contact us.
Your submission should include the following information:
- The electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the exact location on StripCloud of the content that you claim is infringing. This description must allow us to find and identify the content.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement by you that: a) you believe in good faith that the use of the content that you claim to infringe your copyright is not authorized by law, the copyright owner, or the owner’s agent, b) all information contained in your copyright notice is accurate, and c) under penalty of perjury, you are either the copyright owner, or authorized to act on their behalf.
If your content has been removed because of a DMCA notice, but you believe the content was not infringing on another’s copyrights, then you may send a written counter-notice to have the content restored. Your counter-notice should include the following information:
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- A description of the content that was removed and the exact location of the content on TipSnaps before it was removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located, or if you are outside the U.S., the Northern District of California, and that you will accept service of process from the party that originally sent us the DMCA notice.
In appropriate circumstances we may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Indemnity
You will indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees that arise from these terms or relate to your use of StripCloud. We reserve the right to exclusive control over the defense of a claim covered by this clause. If we use this right then you will help us in our defense.
Your obligation to indemnify under this clause also applies to our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third party service providers.
Warranty Disclaimer
StripCloud is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
The disclaimers of warranty under this clause also apply to our affiliates and third party service providers.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of these terms, or your use or attempted use of StripCloud. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the amount of money we have earned through your use of StripCloud. We are specifically not liable for loss associated with failure to deliver content and from losses caused by conflicting contractual agreements.
For this clause “we” and “our” is defined to include our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and third party service providers.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us if you have an issue. If a dispute does arise out of these terms or related to your use of StripCloud, and it cannot be resolved after you talk with us, then it must be resolved by arbitration. This arbitration must be administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. "JAMS" (under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Arbitrations may only take place on an individual basis. No class arbitrations or other grouping of parties is allowed. By agreeing to these terms you are waiving your right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding, we are also waiving these rights.
We follow the JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness for all arbitrations done under these terms. If any portion of these terms does not follow that standard, that portion is severed from these terms.
This clause does not limit either party’s ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief for disputes relating to intellectual property or proprietary data.
Governing Law
Texas law, excluding its conflict of law provisions, governs these terms and all other StripCloud policies. If a lawsuit does arise, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
These terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision is modified to the extent necessary to enforce it. If a provision cannot be modified, it is severed from these terms, and all other provisions remain in force. If either party fails to enforce a right provided by these terms, it does not waive the ability to enforce any rights in the future.
